What we collect when you ask for a quote
The quote form on our Get a Quote and Contact Us pages asks for:
- your first name, phone number with its country code, and email address
- the travel date, pick-up address, pick-up time and where you are travelling to
- the number of passengers and the amount of luggage
- the type and number of pets, and any comments you add
What we collect when you email a calculator quote
If you use Email Quote on our price calculator, we receive your name, email address and phone number with the options you chose and the estimate shown, so we can confirm the price with you.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the journey you ask about. The law allows this because you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract with us.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use what you send us in the same way.
Who handles it for us
The quote form and Email Quote are delivered by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, to the inbox of Seonat Ltd, the company that builds and runs this website for us, which passes your enquiry to us.
The website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived technical logs of each visit, such as the IP address and the page requested, to run and protect the service.
Our reviews section shows Google reviews through Trustindex, so your browser loads the reviewers' pictures and the review stars from Trustindex's and Google's servers, which can see your IP address.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Website analytics, only if you agree
If you choose Accept on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, whether the phone, email and WhatsApp links are used, and when an enquiry is sent. It also records the kind of device and the approximate location. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, none of this runs.
The cookies involved are listed in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any journey that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Where we rely on your consent, as for analytics, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact us using the details above.
