Amazing experience with Sami! He really friendly. My dog and I flew from the Brussels to London. Sami was waiting patiently although we were a bit late he was so nice , helped me with the suitcases and crate,We stopped several times for a quick break and walk for the dog. Sami knows exactly what’s required paperwork wise, everything went smoothly and quick at the Pet Reception in Calais. The trip home was also very relaxing and pleasant. We provide specially designed transport vehicles equipped with pet-friendly amenities to ensure your pet’s comfort throughout the journey. These vehicles are well-ventilated, temperature-controlled, and equipped with secure enclosures to prevent any discomfort or stress.
Throughout the journey, our staff regularly monitor your pet to ensure they are comfortable and stress-free. They check on your pet’s well-being, provide food and water as needed, and offer reassurance and companionship to keep them calm.
Payment for our services can be made through either a bank transfer or a secure payment link, which allows for card payments. It’s important to note that utilizing the secure payment link incurs an additional 2.5% processing fee.
To secure your booking, an initial payment of 50% is required upfront. Upon receipt of this payment, you will promptly receive confirmation of your LeShuttle ticket. The remaining 50% is due two days prior to your scheduled travel date. Alternatively, you may opt to pay the full amount in a single installment.
Furthermore, we provide flexibility in trip arrangements, allowing for rescheduling or refunds in certain circumstances. Full refunds are applicable to specific ticket types, such as LeShuttle Flexi tickets, whereas Day Trip/Overnight and Short Stay Saver tickets are non-refundable.
